This VW Transporter Campervan has covered just 15875 miles and comes with lots of desirable features none more so than the 150PS DSG (automatic) gearbox. Inside the sleeping area you will find a custom trimmed RIB 112cm seat/bed nicely finished in honeycomb yellow faux leather matched perfectly to the front Recaro style swivelling captain seats. The RIB also features ISOFIX fittings, height adjustable headrests and two three point seat belts. For those in the know, you’ll appreciate the comfort that a RIB bed offers over the inferior rock and roll bed both when sleeping or travelling as a passenger. The kitchen unit is constructed from lightweight furniture plywood and the real oak work surface and table give a premium feel and the unit houses the Dometic CRX-50 fridge freezer and the Dometic two burner hob and sink. Also mounted within the kitchen unit is a 10-litre onboard water tank and a 4.5kg butane gas bottle (located in a compliant locker).
The rear metalwork has been Dodo sound deadened and 100mm recycled plastic bottle insulation inserted into all accessible areas. To ensure a super snug feeling the camper is also fitted with a top of the range Propex HS2000 night heater.
The electric system is powered by a 110ah leisure battery which in turn powers the six super slim LED Interior lights, four on the bottom deck and two on the upper deck. The battery is charged either by the CTEK split charger, 150w slimline solar panel or the discretely mounted e-grille electric hook up located behind the VW badge in the front grille.
There are Vanshades blinds covering all of the rear windows nicely co-ordinated to match the interior carper lining. The Vanshades offer a total black out feature and are heat insulating.
As with all of our Campers this comes with two sockets for when on electric hook up, leisure battery monitoring, two USB’s and a cigar lighter connection. It is also supplied with a carbon monoxide alarm and comes with a 12 month conversion warranty. The vehicle is also still under manufacturers warranty until 28th March 2027.
If you’ve taken a look at the pictures you’ll have noticed the stunning bronze 20″ Inovit alloy wheels shod with good quality Uniroyal Rainsport 5 tyres. The top of the range Skyline Aurora elevating pop top in gloss black continues to give a premium look to the outside of the camper and further gloss black detailing continues with the front upper and lower grilles, chin spoiler and side bars plus the tailgate spoiler. The suspension has been fitted with Eibach 45mm lowering springs which enhance the ride quality, reduce the wheel arch gap and ensure that you’ll fit under the standard 2.1 metre barriers. Flush fitting sliding glass has been installed on the drivers side to allow for fresh air circulation in the rear cabin.
This camper also benefits from having an insurance approved S5 Tracker system fitted (cost £429) and a Vamoose drive- away awning rail (cost £295).
